Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) is a term used to identify the most at-risk group among young people in contexts such as humanitarian aid and education in developing countries like Uganda. It often used to relate to countries in sub-Saharan Africa with a high number of Aids orphans.
We provide the children with the basic needs of their lives, but basically those that are most difficult for the parents and guardians like Education, shoes, cloths and health care. We let the Parents shelter and feed them. We only feed and shelter a few who live in the children’s home and those under exceptional circumstances.
Under this program, we protect the children from any form of abuse and promote their rights while we nature them according to societal and Christian values. We also train the children to be hard working, innovative and creative in order to attain sustainability in the future and also be able to help others
